love this device, use it daily. i think there are perhaps better air fryers out there (this one takes a while to cook) but none that also double as a pizza oven. also i've taken to using small cast iron pans to heat up meals in this, roast potatoes and pizzas are spectacular in this.
the zojurishi virtuoso plus i picked up over christmas means pizza dough is infinitely renewable.
I have a zojurishi virtuoso plus sitting in storage. You can use it to make dough?
Is the Chefman worth the extra $80? I do like the analog knobs instead of the digital ones on the Gourmia. I hate having to tap a bunch of times to get the temp dialed in.
But the Gourmia has other functions like an air fryer, toaster, etc.

Yes. There's a dough mode as well as custom bake mode where you can customize knead time etc. it is as you know a big boy. I leave mine on top of the fridge next to my ninja creami until it's called into duty.
The dough mode is all you need though. I made spectacular sourdough (made the dough only) in mine, then used a Dutch oven for baking.
the bread maker is 10/10 worth the price of the device. Freshly baked bread eaten at its peak is life changing. Eat a bit then slice and freeze the rest. air fry slices directly from frozen with a little Irish butter in this machine when needed. Thank me later.
fresh made pizza at home is the same concept. once you realize the cost of ingredients versus the retail pizzas you've been buying, it'll be another mindset shift. 10/10 would recommend this gourmia device too.
finally you can disable the annoying beeping sound by holding down the start button I think for 5 seconds, silent operation (outside of beeps of food being ready) is nice.

That was another model from Walmart but with mostly all these features.. I got one and now don't make pizza in kitchen oven ... This make pizza fast and puff up on sides like in restaurant

Sourdough in the zojirushi??! I'm learning how to bake sourdough currently, autolyze, all the stretch and folds, wait 30 mins, stretch and fold, rest, bulk ferment, etc, it's so time consuming. Crazy I can use the machine I already own in storage! I've got to learn how to use it now lol. Thank you!

Still have to do some of the waiting bulk ferment, folding a couple times, etc... but the dough part was simply dump the ingredients all at once and pushing the dough button and walking away. I'm very impressed with the quality of loaf, especially so given it was my second. I used chatgpt extensively to help coach me. Let me know if you want my AI enhanced recipe based on the King Arthur Flour extra tangy recipe, adapted for the zojurishi. I see no need to improve on it honestly. Also buy yourself a dutch oven its a game changer for the loaf (more oven spring).

Oh yes, that would be fantastic. I'd love to try that. I've been doing research and looks like I need something called Fleischmann's Classic Bread Machine Instant Yeast. I had no idea there were different types of yeast, probably why I gave up on the bread machine years ago lol. I feel excited to try this machine out again.

Best Buy also had one on sale for $50.
