The OMEN MAX stands out as a strong value on paper for an RTX 5070 Ti laptop around the $1100 mark, with desktop like RTX 4070 level performance and enough VRAM for 1440p gaming. The RAM and SSD are upgradeable, which helps offset the base 16GB and 512GB configuration, though 32GB and 1TB are the more comfortable targets for modern games. The main catch is deal reliability, since the coupon pricing has shifted, the accessory discount has been finicky, and multiple orders were later cancelled as a pricing mistake. A compelling spec sheet, but the final shipped price and availability matter most.
