It's also very often the price on Amazon. I used to buy these for work but I switched to Folkart. Folkart is a lot thicker and goes a longer ways. I find they have better pigment density for most colors. They also play nicely with airbrushes if you need cheap paints to cover large surfaces. I just water it down to a milk-to-cream consistency. Apple barrel clogged a lot more.
