Based on specs the cons of this are no HDMI 2.1, low brightness and not marketed as G-Sync. All that said its a good deal on a budget gaming/entertainment monitor.

Thanks! Guessing since I'd be using DP then HDMI 2.1 doesn't matter. And isn't G Sync just Nvidias version of FreeSync? I have an AMD GPU.
