Tried to research and couldn't find it. Anyone know what the "non-stick coating" is made up of? Is it plant based or chemicals?
The Amazon listing said : "TRUPRO TITANIUM CERAMIC NONSTICK: Made with TruPro Titanium Ceramic Nonstick coating, it allows food to release easily and cleans quickly with no seasoning needed. This maintenance-free coating prevents rusting and is PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium free" Titanium ceramic buzzword is the latest nonstick formula trend, honestly at this point I feel like it's not worth being the guinea pig for testing how well these new coatings hold up and what their health and safety impacts are until it's been in use long enough to actually study both in a real world environment, so I'm just sticking with stainless, traditional enameled, and normal seasoned cast iron and carbon steel until there's genuine proof of safety and longevity
