They look like they're just the regular nailsets with silicone padded grips? The grips seem pointless so they'll just take up more room in the belt or box. Maybe I'm missing something?
Do yourself a favor and check out spring loaded punches/nail setters. Good for nail setting, even better for knocking hinge pins out of doors - no more messing up the finish on your trim or door by trying to use a punch & hammer.

Most of them are also double ended so you're getting 10 different types of punches/setters if you buy a set of 5.

This is only a deal because they jacked up the price for the holiday shopping season. It was ~$8 in October, jumping to almost 17 for black Friday "deals"
