Best Buy [bestbuy.com] has

But my local store had these on sale for only
$15.99 (see attached pic). I don't know if this is a local clearance price or if this item is always priced lower in-store than online.
I found the item in a back corner near where Best Buy stores the open box TVs; I don't know if that's just where the "bike light" section is.
If you're interested in possibly purchasing for $15.99, you should first check online if it's in stock at your store before making the trip.
