I found a glitch. So, this only works if the order total is minimum $10. I wanted to try to finish off some $ on a prepaid Visa card and wanted to order something for $9.40; however, the code will become invalid. The minute I added red pepper packets or parmesan cheese packets for $0.25 to get the total to $10, the code worked.

Very sneaky Mad Mushroom. Very sneaky!
