Yes. This should be upgradable to Windows 11. The included CPU is an Intel Ice Lake architecture, which is a 10th generation processor. Most Intel 8th generation processors and future versions were Windows 11 eligible.

I think the resolution spec is wrong. It should be 2,256 by 1,504. The started resolution wouldn't be that good.

Honestly, if these are in really good shape (with healthy batteries) this would be a nice deal for a smaller laptop. However this is a pre COVID release so it might not be as close to new as advertised.

i7-1065G7 is an old quad core chip but still competitive with bargain basement offerings and has serviceable integrated graphics.

The display is a lot better than you'll find on most cheap-o netbooks.

I'd say it's a good deal for a cheap sub notebook with good build quality and a nice display. I would certainly prefer this over chromebook junk. I just wouldn't push it beyond basic tasks

Nobody on this forum can answer that question with 100% certainty, but they do have 30 days returns. Seller pays for return shipping.

eBay almost always side with the buyer for returns when product receive does not match description. So yes, you should be able to. Sometimes sellers are jerks about it but they have to accept it.

Well eBay even though some items says open box or new. You can clearly in the pictures provide that the laptop is old. some info in some listing is just incorrect.
