About the same quality as walmrt Mainstays 3-Tier Plastic Multi-Purpose Rolling Laundry Cart, Arctic White, Case Pack 1.
I had both, the amazon ver have much better wheels, but the rack are not as stable as the walmrt one.
They are both cheap and bad. But does work for a while if short on money.

If you plan on moving this cart around at all, I highly recommend you don't waste your time with a plastic one and instead buy a metal one for $5 more.
