Or you could just mix cinnamon and sugar yourself and find the ratio you like best.

I know people here tend to be like "just make your own, how hard is it to make pasta sauce?" but in this case absolutely no skill or equipment or time is needed. Take regular sugar and add cinnamon. Online posts say the ratio is 1:4 but it's too strong for my taste. I use about 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 TBSP of sugar. (1 TBSP is 3 tsp.) Or simply eyeball it by color. Just stir it to blend and store in any empty spice jar with a shaker top. I use a jar from cinnamon sugar I got free from Penzeys long time ago. It doesn't taste any different than the OG product.
