I bought this one weeks ago similar price, very solid quality, yes put some top board from IKEA even homedepot, you wont regret.

You can find dual motor ones for cheaper every now and then, but those usually have a 175lb weight limit. I think I am going to jump on this. Have a desk already, will just use that top.

Also, the white version is $6 more.

Yes but it is more quality than it is cheap, most shipped Amazon desks have thin particle board. So with this you can get a solid single piece counter top. You can even secure some 2x4s as the base and attach pretty much anything, such as a live edge slab to make a desk out of. It is a solid desk and not wobbly
