The Aldi brand ones (Pur Aqua) are good if you are looking for a Liquid IV alternative. Very similar ingredients. The passionfruit is excellent.

Sodium is ridiculously cheap and easy to get. It's also not great if you have too much.

The other electrolytes are valuable and arguably harder to get consistently.

That's 3% daily value, not 3% in solution. This has just 70 mg sodium per "stick". Dissolving one in 16 oz water results in a concentration of sodium of about 0.017% (which is hypotonic).

my uncle worked in an electrolyte mine for 45 years and he says the best electrolytes come from Uzbekistan. these electrolytes came from Nevada and are low quality

Do you recommend any particular brand? I have dehydration from medication, looking for a solution so I don't over hydrate with water.
