Why all of a sudden middle eastern fragrances are being promoted on SD a lot? I've also seem them at Ross for the holidays, very curious of the push!

I do not know much about the company beside they're based in Dubai, and from what I've learned about that city and the country as a whole, I do not trust anything that comes out of that country. They're super money driven and do super shady deals. It's a small population so the chances that the owners are involved let's say what's going on in Sudan, or that conflict where kids are not getting enough food(trying not to use triggering words) is very high. That's why I avoid anything from there. My 2 cents.

Oil and subpar ingredients? L M A O. What do you think any perfume or cologne is made of? It's literally all just alcohol and scent oils. I'm not vouching for this specific perfume as I've never tried it but Arab colognes are increasing in popularity for a good reason. Some smell very good and have good performance for a fraction of the cost of designer perfumes.

Totally agree. 2025 I've bought over 80 middle eastern clone fragrances and they've all been 80-98% close to the original at a fraction of the price. I'm really grateful for the affordability factor and what's to come with the added competition.

sounds like you are not well-travelled (if travelled at all)... How are you fueling your car if you 'do not trust anything that comes out of that country'?

I lived in Dubai for 16 years. These companies are not shady and use high quality ingredients to make knock offs. They keep their cost low by hiring workers from India so the labor is cheap.

Worked in dubai/abu dhabi for almost a year. Arabs smell evervescent. If I could speak arab, I would assume they talk trash about how us americans smell like unshowered cheeseburger butthole and scoff at our lack of bidets.

But they dont keep their cost lost with indians, they keep it low with eastern asians. The Indians mostly have it made, the eastern asians though ....expendable assets to them.
