Please note that the Costco packaging is 188-count, Amazon's is 172, so ~10% difference there to be accounted for.
More broadly, unless one needs this right now, it is probably better to compare this Amazon price to the Costco coupon/sale price where it is $3-4-ish cheaper several times a year. Load up when on sale.
