The one I purchased from this same listing was a genuine Samsung, seller Supreme Suppliers, works as well as the green one that came with the Galaxy Watch 7. Are you sure the pins are getting seated correctly?

I got one off of Woot before. I had the same issue. I reached out to customer service, they sent a replacement and it did the same thing. I made sure it was secure, pulled on it to confirm it was locked in and it would just randomly pop off. Hardly good for extreme sports if it can't stay on just walking around at home.
