Short sockets with no extension, this is not a well thought out kit. You're not going to able to use that torque wrench on every wheel without throwing an extension in there

Different set with fewer sockets, but definitely better & more appropriate for a 'tire change kit' with the deep sockets (has all the right ones for virtually every passenger vehicle on the road) as opposed to OP's set with shallow sockets & no extensions.

FWIW: Dewalt markets OP's set as a 'torque wrench set', I think it's only Amazon that calls it a 'tire change kit'. DWMT82839 is the 'tire change kit'.
