Is this really a good deal? I didn't check all of them but the Curv, a brand new one, is 799 on their website. Why wouldn't I just pay 50 more for a new one? I also checked the Q7 L5 on their website and when you add it to your cart it is only 129.

Anecdotally I have a refurbished s7 and it works well. No complaints. The replaceable parts were all near 100% when I got it.

Yes, I bought a refurbished Q5 pro from Roborock eBay back in January 2025. Liked it so much I had another sent to my parents in April 2025. Good experience and no issues with either vacuum. They're both still going strong (the vacuums and my parents!).

I've also gotten 2 refurbs and the only thing that wasn't like new was the self empty dock which had a very minor scratch and insignificant dust in the bag bin.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's just left over from testing and impossible to get it perfectly clean.

Both have been going strong for about 1.5 years now with very minimal maintenance.

My only advice is if you have someone with long hair in your house, go for the double roller models. The single rollers tend to get hair wrapped around the brush and need to have it cut off every few weeks, which doesn't happen with the dual brush.

The Q Revo was $230 with the coupon a couple days ago when I ordered it from Ebay when I clicked on a deal that was posted a week ago so I would monitor the pricing, they may come down even more.

These prices range from OK on the lower end to bad at the higher end. If you want a higher end model, a new Curv was cheaper on Amazon recently. A new CurvX, which is notably better than the Curv, was only $850 on Amazon. The newly released Dreame L50 Ultra is currently on sale for $850, and rated even better than the CurvX on Vaccumwars.

Thank you for the responses everyone. It's reassuring to hear that so many have had good experiences with a refurbished robot from Roborock. Now the hard part is to narrow it down between the overwhelming amount of models in their lineup.

yes.. was so happy bought 2.. one for just mopping and one for just vac.. could not be happier..owner of 2 cats and 3 litter robots..

My house is primarily terrazzo except for the master bedroom and den.. I find the mopping function (spinning pads) to be amazing on the qrevo.. obviously if my house was primarily carpet the mopping function wouldnt be as important to me
