I wouldn't be surprised if that's just left over from testing and impossible to get it perfectly clean.
Both have been going strong for about 1.5 years now with very minimal maintenance.
My only advice is if you have someone with long hair in your house, go for the double roller models. The single rollers tend to get hair wrapped around the brush and need to have it cut off every few weeks, which doesn't happen with the dual brush.

My house is primarily terrazzo except for the master bedroom and den.. I find the mopping function (spinning pads) to be amazing on the qrevo.. obviously if my house was primarily carpet the mopping function wouldnt be as important to me
