Add me to the list of people who would die on the hill supporting them but now they are just another company that feels completely fragmented, does not care if their drivers or software work, and they still sell devices like mice and keyboard that have numerous reported issues. $100 trackball should not be peeling or get sticky right after 1 year mark, keyboard or mouse should come with a working software that may or may not work with version of windows you are running.

I truly miss the days when they made reliable and quality accessories, they even screwed them up like Harmon Remotes could not be coded again easily due to software issues, the best remote I owned. They even ruined those with some nonsense smart functionality.

You might want to read up on Keychron's recent dealings, abysmal customer service, and quality control issues. Competition in the keyboard market is fierce, and Keychron charges a premium for features while refusing to provide satisfactory solutions for poorly manufactured products.

"tacticle" "mechanicle" wtf is this Logitech?
Don't mean to be a grammar cop, but this is ridiculous.
For those wondering, it's "tactile" and "mechanical".
