Book Details:
  • #1 New York Times Best Seller
  • The unforgettable memoir by the late Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the woman who dared to take on Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
  • Nobody's Girl is an astonishing affirmation of Giuffre's unshakable will—first, to claw her way out of victimhood, and then to shine light on wrongdoing and fight for a safer, fairer world. Equal parts intimate and fierce, it is a remarkable narrative of fortitude in the face of depravity and despair.

Didn't they just off her last year? I think she very oddly posted on instagram that doctors only gave her a few days left to live and that was it.

She didn't die right after that post. It also quite possibly wasn't true that doctors gave her a few days to live, or that she was even in the accident (someone who works for her was driving, it was minor, there were no reports of injuries at the time, and the bus driver in the accident didn't even think anyone else was in the car), it was all very odd. She thought that post was a private facebook post, didn't mean it to go public. She was going through it with her husband at the time (and I suspect wanted sympathy or a reaction from him or the kids/friends - she/hubby were separated at the time, and he had custody of the kids).

I absolutely believe her Epstein story, but that's just the case that her post about having a few days to live is questionable. She had a horribly traumatic life and her husband was reportedly abusive (she apparently hid this but discussed it with some privately), and she was coping the best she could in an extremely stressful time and so, so much emotional trauma. You have to read up on the accident she was in and more about her husband to find more details. But in any event, the book is a great read and very illuminating.

This woman had a very sad life. The book details many instances of sexual abuse even before she met Epstein.

Many don't exactly make it directly to the WH circles without some sort of a former "career" for "qualification" purposes...
