The 2.2 is a solidly built bike with name brand components and a mid-drive Bosch motor. Great support from Rei. Have had the previous model for 3 years and it still rides like new

These bikes use well established and highly regarded Bosch motor systems for which batteries are fairly universal and can be bought at just about any bike shop, including REI, that sells ebikes.

These bikes are still available on sale. I think REI might have restocked the CTY e2.2.
