This is live again. I just tried it. $7.07 and then in the cart it has "stock up sale discount" $7.07. Got them for free??!?
Placed a second order.. stock up sale discount showed up again but my order total was 86¢

If it does not shows in your zip, change it to some other zip from different state like Indiana when it shows available to be shipped and then change it back to your zip. This worked for me and I was able to order.
