Been using it for 30 days, came in like new condition with 100% battery health, under 2 full charges. Very hassle free experience like buying a trouble free fast honda with very high mpg.

One of best value for all in one laptops with reliable Intel 6E wifi, good blend of battery life (12hr-22hr), Anti-reflective matte display for work, encodes 4k very fast with Intel Quick Sync, light gaming ( @30-45fps), very travel friendly ( 3lb, no dongles needed, charges with 15w-65w, metal top and bottom plate)

Eco mode gets you 22hr , but slower 450mph speed
Regular mode gets you 12-16 hr , but fast 500mph
Having 10-15 tab of youtube 1440p does choke the 16gb ram. But 20-40 regular chrome tabs is no problem on high mode.

If you want better gaming, wait a year for Panther Lake X9. It has 50% better gaming with 50% more XE cores for over 3 times the price.

I ordered from Acers ebay over 4 times in last 2 yr. Half was flawless order with shipping within 7 days. The other half was sent the wrong 16gb laptop ( ordered 32gb laptop) and dead charger with $50 off (delta chargers have high defect rate). Refund was within 7 days. 10 times better than Dell Refurbished with used batteries .

Just got the 32GB version in the mail. The model number shown on the sticker on the back says: A14-52MT-701K. This indeed has Ultra 7 258V, not Ultra 5.

Good experiences with acer eBay refurbs in the past showing up literally brand new appearance and internal wise.

Will not do the same with vipoutlet based on 2 experiences

I also had bad experience with vipoutlet. They sent me incorrect configuration laptop with neither ram, ssd or touch matching what was ordered..waiting for refund

Just an FYI I bought one of these from the previous post and whenever you dock it with a monitor, either via USB-C or HDMI, he keeps going to sleep after a few minutes. Essentially unusable if you plan on using it docked.

You can turn off the setting to avoid that.

Same. I'll be starting a return with VIPOutlet shortly. Listing said 16gb/1tb. Actual laptop is 8gb/512. With current prices on Ram/SSDs the spec difference is a big deal, especially on a budget refurb machine. I tried messaging them but no response so far. I guess I'll just have to do a return and give them a 1 star review. I might have to jump on this as a replacement with hopefully the correct specs.

Same experience here. No touch screen capabilities with my Dell laptop even though it stated it in the listing. I attempted to reach out to them to check into return options and they haven't responded in over 4 days now. Terrible support. I've typically had decent experience with them in the past but this isn't cool. My guess is that due to all of their sales lately and potential misstated specs, they have a ton of returns and customers to deal with and are overwhelmed. That's on them.
