I bought a refurb Acer Nitro 60 from them in mid-December. They took more than a week to ship it via Fedex Ground. The box arrived beaten up and inside was barely any packing supplies. The CPU cooler had broken off the CPU and slammed into the 5070, breaking both.
Acer wouldn't exchange it, they expected me to re-buy it at an almost 25% premium and just eat the difference.
I shipped the computer back and they've had it for more than a week without issuing a refund. I had to get eBay involved and am still waiting for my money back.
Buyer beware. The price may be good, but Acer has been a disaster on eBay. Very unhappy.
