My take: I've used this headlamp before and it's honestly one of my favorites. The high-CRI white is great when you actually want to see colors correctly (gear, wiring, camping stuff, DIY), I don't use the the red that often.

Great lamp BTW, accurate and bright lh351d white light and rare true 660nm red sst20 led (one of best true red LEDs for preserving night vision) all for less than $17
(I'll wait for deals to stack coupons/coins on aliexpress to get them for under $10 but honestly they could sell this thing for $50 and it'd still beat anything comparable of what they have at rei/Amazon/etc, esp with a swappable standard 18650 battery)
