EDIT: Really bizarre, but I have a couple gift cards in my account. With them active, the coupon discount appears there *but isn't applied*. If I turn them off in the gift cards and coupons section at checkout, then it applies the additional discount. If I then turn them back on, the discount sticks and the price stays down. But if I remove the filament from my cart and re-add it, the same thing happens. So the deal isn't dead after all -- just an apparent bug in their system.
