1000W model has poor transient response on 12V under 200% spike.

ASRock motherboards seem fine. I have a few. No problems. Actually, I went back and checked, and I did have to RMA one ASRock board once. Probably half of my builds in the last decade use ASRock just because of the combo of (low) price and (fairly high) quality.
