Not enough power and usb-c is standard now. Pictures are more modern plugs than actual product. They are trying to dump these.

Yea, I have such limited legacy stuff for type a. Would never install this in my house

I will say I've got one of these in my house just because it's a PITA to find the charging block once I went to all USB c. I would rather get the dual one though which has the USB a and USB c on the same outlet.
