Just got it, mine did come with the bar, top speed is 7.6 mph, Max weight is 265 lbs not 220 like its listed. for $40 its def. worth it IMO, only downside was the battery in the remote was DOA but i put a new cr2032 and it worked perfectly. If you are looking for one and this pops up i would snag it.
