The recall, announced in July 2024, applies to BISSELL Steam Shot models in the 39N7 and 2994 series. Products from these series have "STEAM SHOT" or "POWER STEAMER" marked on their sides and were sold between August 2008 and May 2024. The model number can be found on the rating label sticker on the bottom of the machine.

per the ebay page this is model 4155 so in theory wasn't part of the recall

with free returns and 2 year warranty it's probably safe to give it a go if you're in the market

I had a recalled one. They didn't take it back anyway. To get a replacement or credit we had to cut the power cord and take a pic with the serial sticker.

Works great though!
