I bought from their Ebay store multiple times. No issues. Shipment speed etc. is exactly the same vs. ordering from adidas.com

Yes, legit, but check who the seller is. Adidas and Puma and many others have their official online storefronts on ebay; it's not much different than buying from Adidas directly.
