Running high battery only lasted 1.5 hour and 2.5 on low.

Probably worth it if you have the craftsman system already.

I can't see any reviews on how it picks up water tho.

I just bought a pair of these at $30.00 each. Perhaps this is a local price setting issue?

I have had one for about a year. I had the v20 system for my trimmer, pruner, etc so it was the exact scenario you mentioned. The mist actually gets drawn in through the clear PVC tube you see in the bottom corner. It comes out and you can put in any water source. I don't use it much for mist because I"m in PA and it's humid most of the time. But it does work if you want it. I've been very happy with the fan.

I pulled the trigger on a deal where they had a 4.0 and 6.0 on sale for like $67.00. I bought 2 packs. Prior to today, the only 20V Craftsman tool I owned was the belt sander when they had it marked down to $29.00. Now I just need a real charger for these, because all I have so far are the cheap ones like the one included with this fan.

So, out of curiosity, did any earlybird successfully snag one of these at $30?
(not including order accepted, but later canceled..!)
