I have both and I like both. The UA is a little thicker, but the 32 Degree hoodies are softer. This is not something that you wear to keep warm. It's the equivalent of a long sleeve t-shirt. Lightweight and very breathable. I continue to buy both.

I have these. They are super thin, but very nice and soft. I can't imagine any would be any thinner than these 32 degree hoodies. They are hoodies but by no means for cold or even cool weather. They are basically for summer wear to remain dry. They look so good that I got in two sizes each black and navy color which are the best of all colors and look premium and luxurious. They are even good for gym wear to stay cool and comfortable.
