Just returned HP omnibook with same AI 7 350 chip . The battery draw is almost 70% more than then ryzen Ai 5 chip. So Ryzen AI 5 will actully last 10-12 hours for normal browsing but AI 7 was working only 6 hours .

yes its a good deal, mainly because the AI 7 350 is almost never sub 400, and you get 16gb fast ram. Cons are basic screen, 41whr battery, no upgrades, okay build, but 100% acceptable at this price point. Probably around $600 standard retail, carried by the Ai 7 350 chip.

You have give a lots of props for those sub $500 laptops. It's lot of productivity power for the money and even better if you want dedicated hardware to play with Linux

In the cart there is a Use a promo code + section that can be clicked to show the box to enter the code. Not the best design

I feel more confident with the Lenovo name (lenovo Yoga ryzen ai 5 $500) than a hp, even at $400 with same ram and hd space

wow, that's a noticable gap. doubt the performance gains of an AI7 instead of an AI5, would compensate enough.
