I got these over the holidays in white. The noise cancellation is fantastic and the sound is great but the clamping force on your head is harsh. I've been putting the headphones on the outside of my case to try and lessen the force a bit. Not as comfortable as XM4.

I found it odd too, but it's probably just an easy way for them to make money (especially with it auto-selected). My credit card company should cover me if it arrives damaged and Adorama won't exchange it for whatever reason.

Got these on Amazon and had them for almost 2 month. They sound great, but the comfort was really lacking compared to 2 pairs I owned of the XM4s. They clamp too hard and kept having problems toggling through my TV and phones audio. I sent them back and got the Bose QC Ultra 2 and never looked back.

Same. I also tried the XM6s and ended up returning them. Tried the Bose QC Ultra 2s and I'm not sure there is a more comfortable noise cancelling pair of headphones, they are amazing. I use them for hours and hours a day at work and have no issues with clamping force or my ears getting too warm from wearing them very long (had both of those problems with the XM6s).
