Just a heads-up: multi-omega (3-6-7-9) supplements sound good marketing-wise, but for most people they're unnecessary.
Omega-3 is the one people tend to be low in and benefit from supplementing. Omega-6 is already over-consumed in modern diets (seed oils, processed foods), omega-9 is produced by the body and abundant in olive oil and nuts, and omega-7 has some niche metabolic/skin benefits but isn't essential.
If your goal is general health or inflammation balance, a quality omega-3 alone usually makes more sense than paying extra for a blended formula.

Here's a vegan one with 80 servings (almost 2x as many), for $17-20 (https://www.amazon.com/Vegan-Omeg...0D3T51D3
