I had the same problem when I tried last night - I still put it in my cart and it said it couldn't ship. I removed it from the cart and, at the bottom of the screen where it shows recommendations, it showed the same album and the same price. I was able to order it, although it won't come until the beginning of February. I guess there are two different links to the same album, so you have to track downtime one that works. Actually, I found the one that worked for me, but it now shows $27.98, so the deal may be dead: https://a.co/d/2buTeYN

I removed from the cart, clicked the link again and then it worked, but similarly shipping later now

This morning mine had a delivery date of 2/1-2/12; but now it's shipped and supposed to arrive on Tuesday.

I got the "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location" but when I selected "Other sellers on Amazon" there was another option for Sold/Shipped by Amazon.com for the same price, and I was able to add it and checkout.
