Better be quick since it's estimated here 3.7 billion people have this specific F-150. KYB at $41.84 sounds like a price mistake, but I could be wrong...just like that 3.7 billion quote.

If one is on clearance others will be too. So might be worth poking around to see what other KYBs are.

edit- I saw Tacoma and Cobalt struts on clearance on the first couple pages.

rear has leaf springs they are super durable. KYB is an OEM supplier they are super reliable.
