Seriously, I own a bunch of knives. Why would I buy this knife when I can get a D2 steel knife from Walmart for $10 that I can bang around and lose and not care?

It's a junk knife, sure it has d2 steel but the knife feels like it's worth $5

Tempting, but I got the original Xl for around $55 w carbon fiber scales and 154cm blade so think I'll pass. I do like the updates.
