Sure, I was so tempted by the super lightweight but the material is so flimsy. It is also compounded by the fact that many manufacturers us a flimsy handle to keep the weight low. This is the Polypropylene luggage that I unfortunately bought. I regret it so much.

As for repair, you just need to go to a mall has a samsonite retail(outlet) store and handle them the broken luggage.
I repaired mine twice with broken wheels, then the handle( yes, repair no replace)
I gave up for a third repair after my airline crashed my lock.
As for the shell, all of them lasted for the past few years.

I had previously reached out directly to the manufacturer for confirmation on that since it was not mentioned on the Costco web site.

The only issue is that that luggage is so well built that the largest luggage is kind of heavy relatively.
