I see what you mean. I just tested ordering the two items separately and that works (at least for me). Thank you for posting!

Does it come with weights? If not, can someone post a link to buy weights?

Does not come with weights; I'm pretty sure Walmart still has some decent deals on rubber plates, just do a deal search for weight plates and they should come up.I just set this up last weekend and for the money it is a very good value for a home gym setup.

Agree. I bought it a year ago. Very solid rack and more than enough for anyone not doing heavy powerlifting. I do weighted pull-ups (300 pounds total weight) on this with no issues.

Any recommendations on adding other cable stations to this beyond the lat pull down?

bought exactly the same rack last year, good enough for home gym.
however the protection bar is not included in last year deal, not sure if this year deal has it, although the picture has it.

These are fine racks 2.3 inch wide so have to look for that size accessories. I have not had any issue finding anything I wanted in that size. These don't come with the spotter rod shown in the photo so be aware that you will need to purchase that separately

Safety bars are not included. Also it appears to have 4-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes, which many have posted in the past on other thread is not as desirable as 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes. I now agree 100%.

The Mikolo model F4 version 2.0, has 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes. $339 at Wlamart, free shipping, with LAT pull down and adjustable padded lap brace to hold you down while using the LAT pull down, includes many more accessories, includes the safety bars.

BTW, the Mikolo safety bar has a sleeve at one end that can be removed to reveal a hole in the rod which can take a pin to secure the safety bar. Those provided pins have large rings which can be fold back to prevent the pins from falling out of the hole! Nice design! Just put the sleeve on the other end of the bar. The pins Mikolo provides are intended for the band braces and other accessories, but the band braces can use any generic pin since band braces are near the floor and won't drop out! I bought the Mikolo model F4 Version 2.0 (the two boxes said model F6), and it is excellent. Did a 254lb squat "fail" to test the safety bars and the whole unit was rock solid. I'm 5ft 10inch tall 165lb, so this type of cage is more than I need. Love the built-in hooks on the back of unit to hang the accessories. I like the barbell holder for Olympic size (2 inch diameter) bars but you have to have adequate ceiling height to get the bar into the holder.

This is just a cage. You can do pull ups with this as is, otherwise you will need: full size bar and plates for the ability to "rack a bar" & a bench at some point. Go the 2" Olympic route and any plates in the .50 per lb range is a good deal. Beware of that 6' bar that's on here, it's a great deal for a curl bar but wont fit a rack like this. If you have patience - wait till spring and hit local yard sales you can probably find plates for next to nothing.
