Last time I bought from a Target reseller the item was not the US model it claimed to be but a fairly similar model for the European market. When I tried to register it on Milwaukee's European website it said the serial number was invalid, so I returned it. I've bought from Way Source before and know they are legit, so for $10 I wouldn't take the gamble buying from a random reseller on Walmart.
