I've had this mat and will say it was great for anti-fatigue, it did curl after a year or so. Ended up becoming a trip hazard before we replaced with mats from Costco.

I don't get the point of the grooves. Just makes cleaning the mat more cumbersome.

I think it's to make it less sticky. I bought one similar to this without the grooves and it was like stepping in glue if you're barefoot. It was super annoying.
