In the US shoe sizing system, the "Men's" scale and the "Big Kids" scale are continuous and virtually identical in length.
Here is what you need to look for on the box:
Size: 4
Label: You will often see it labeled as 4Y (Youth) or 4GS (Grade School).
Pro Tip: If you fit into a Men's size 4, you should almost always buy the "Big Kids" version. The shoes are usually identical in style and fit, but the kids' version is significantly cheaper and often tax-free in some states.
