This is a fantastic deal for the larger 16 gal vac. These used to be everywhere on prior years (before 2025) black Friday sales for $45. Not a single one last black Friday in 2025, thanks Trump tarriffs. Great buy at this price

I have the Hart 6 gallon. it's definitely a smaller unit. additionally you won't necessarily get the same suction power from the Hart than the 16 gal ShopVac.

Adding to this, the size of the hose, the Hart has about 1 in diameter tube. the ShopVac is considerably much larger.
I'll give credit to the Hart because of the accessories it comes with. they definitely are an added benefit.

If size is your issue, get the Hart, it works great get the job done.

I had to bite. I have an M18 Milwaukee vacuum and recently picked up a beat up 12 gallon Rigid off FB marketplace for $30. I'm going to try to flip that again and justify this one for long-term use. Thanks for posting.

There is nothing better than a new fresh shop vac! I like the battery vacs too but there's some things that can't replace corded stuff for long hours of use it seems.

This vac is larger capacity and larger hose. Read the specs and it's obvious.
