googling around i noticed these may have "coupon code" sale'd at $22
so i have a price watch set on them hoping to grab one.
i have this 15L vornado, but i can't recommend it even at a fraction of this price;

the reason you may want "simple" is if you are using your own
appliance timers, house controller outlets or invest in a real humidistat outlet like;

this is the one i own, thankfully. i would not trust anything that is not "hothouse" quality.
pretty much any of these chinese humidifiers that claim to have humidistats,
with lots of LED's and timers and wifi, the humidistat is some random on/off joke.

Besides that, the other factor I look at is how simple it is to clean. Too many dod-dads or parts that need to come apart to get it clean is another turn-off.
