I agree, the girl they have playing Ellie just did not fit the role well. I find her acting and character attitude as annoying and frustrating.

I didn't mind them casting Bella, but the way they basically rewrote Ellie's character in season 2 is unforgivable.

I'm a huge fan of Last of Us. My daughter was 14 (2008) when it first came out, just like Ellie. We played through it several times together and then I got her the collectors edition for part 2. Last of Us is her all time favorite game and has played is over a dozen times. I have yet to see the show, but she said it's sucks and she hates the cast, so I don't have much desire to see it. Maybe I'll wait for season 2 and binge watch them with her.
