I recommend freetaxusa.com, been using it for 10+ years. Free federal, state is ~$15. If you want deluxe everything you might pay 30-$40 for unlimited corrections/re-filings/etc.

I'm not a tax expert but I can share my own experience fwiw.
The tax year my wife and I got married she also moved here from out of state. I bought the H&R Block software that year (it's cheaper) and found out it couldn't handle my wife and I married filing jointly, from two different states. My wife just had it prepared at a H&R b&m and no refund/credit was able to be given from the b&m for the inadequate software.
Can the H&R software handle that situation today? Would TurboTax have been able to handle that situation then? I don't know, but I've never had a problem using the TurboTax software and if I could go back, I would've used that instead.

I wish the IRS still offered a free filing program, but I was paying for TurboTax in the past and used the free version this year.
