The OD Centon 2TB from 2 weeks ago still hasn't shipped even though charged credit card fully immediately, has an ETA of 2 months out. Don't hold out hope.

No, back in the day they were suppliers for Dell and other OEM and in shops like circuit city. The current shortages are just pulling older stuff out of the woodworks.

How can they charge before shipping then you risk chargeback period ending before you get anything

That is the way od/om works with 3rd party vendors. I did the memory deal in November and on the 30th day I got the order canceled notification. If the vendor does not have a real shipping date, they will cancel on or about the 30 day mark.. I am waiting on the 2tb version of this, and I still show a March delivery date. I also bought it a day b4 the post here was made.. I would not hold your breath on it, but is a great way to use the rewards if you have some.
